Low oil pressure? Get's higer when I give it gas...

Ok, so I just remembered something:

I think my oil pressure is low. Where should the stock gauge be on an S5 N/A? mine is like 1/8th inch below 80, so I'm thinking that the oil pressure is 60?

Also, when I free revved it, it went up... Also, some times, the OP would be higher, sometimes it would be lower. and it differed across the range: when hotto cold of course, but also cold to cold and hot to hot engine as well. I think something is a little funny. That's normal, right? The guy I bought it from, said there has only been 1500 miles put on the car when I bought it, and no need to chage the oil, but then he only put 6000 on it total, and owned it since 2005. This was with that old oil. I changed the oil today, (only had it a week) and replaced the fram with a Purolator. The old oil was NASTY! Was this because he didnt drive it enough? I also put about 8quarts of 2 stroke in the tank along with some Sea Foam, even though I still have my OMP in there. Will report when I fire it up again. I have been on the forums for like a year, but this is my first time actually working on the RX-7, so it's taking me a while to "get used to the real thing." lol.

EDIT: oh yeah, also I just put in about 5 quarts of oil into it, but then I remembered about the big ass oil cooler, and how that's easily a quart in there. Should I drain some oil back out? I think I put in too much...
