Rotary Fan in Training
|
hi all
I'm John, I currently own a 93 R1 and stocking lots of parts for rebuild swap/single turbo conversion. Almost done getting parts for supporting mods. I started getting into rotaries after I grew tired of FF cars. I let fate decide whether it was going to be an AE86 or FC that I chose for my next car. Since getting an 86 was far more dificult I managed to get an 88 FC it was auto. I had planned and saved for a TII conversion, one month later I found an 87 TII so I bought that instead of going through the heartache and sold the 88. As I grew older insurance came down so I sought out an FD. After aquiring my 93 I decided to sell the FC since I cannot afford to fund two rotaries. I'm active duty in the USAF. One of my biggest pet peeves is people asking me if my car is twin turbo... after I already told them it's stock except for exhaust and intake. Wish some people would at least have some knowledge about RX-7s in my area.
I don't really post a whole lot on forums. Most the time I just browse to gather info and learn from others mistakes so as to not go down the same path. Anyways there you have it, deuces |
