At low rpms like 2200 or 2300 rpms in 4th and 5th gear if I try to give my car gas it seems to shake and not have any power. The turbo makes a fluttering noise and the boost gauge also flutters. Not exactly sure what it could be. At higher rpms in those gears it has plenty of power and all other gears runs fine and has plenty of power. There is an exhaust leak in between the turbo and the rotor housings that I haven't been able to fix yet. That's the only thing I can think of.
