So i will try here. Title pretty much explains it all. I have haltech e6x, set up with ls1 ignition coils. My gauge cluster will read 900 at idle and haltech will read almost 2000rpm. Is this a common problem, or has anyone ran into this before. Is there a way to calibrate stock tach to the haltech? blew last motor from shifting when rev limiter was heard...(yeah i know, slap on the hand). Anyways i prefer not to go with a MONSTER tach, but if i have to i will. Let me know what your input is. When the vehicle was tuned, they used the dyno tach for readings.
