1. Not interchangable s4= 2bolt s5= 3 bolt
2. You won't find one at a parts store. 3. There are one or two people that make metal ones for around $100, with one of them having a recent thread on this forum. They aren't complete yet but they are probably your best bet. you could probably put a s4 water pump housing and water pump which would get you the metal housing
