Update time.
Had a minor setback, went to go for a drive the other day and discovered my pulsation damper was spewing fuel. Luckily though this is a pretty easy and cheap fix. Though not being able to leave things alone I also ordered a megasquirt standalone aging with some gauges and other random goodies. Hoping to have it all installed soon.
