Mazdaspeed Motorsports Program?

I have some general questions about the Mazdaspeed parts program.

I am sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but the lounge doesn't show up in search results and other may have questions. I am thinking about doing this program but my FC is not in the condition for Auto X yet. Since I am in the Military my weekends are hard to plan in advance so I am not sure how many races I will be able to make. I know it will cover just about any form of orginaized racing. To my questions,

How much of a discount do you get on parts?

How long does it take to get parts?

If I race my daily driver am I still able to apply for the program?

What is your over all experience with the program?

I have thought about getting a menbership with SCCA for AutoX and other solo events. Thanks in advance.
