Hi guys,
Little about me and how I ended up here. I started out using a different rx7/rotary specific forum but then was told the this site was a great community/resource as well. Being as it's Friday, and I'm bored at work and stuck here for another hour, I decided to sign up! About my car - it's a 93 JDM FD, was imported by a dealer about 4 and a half years ago. I am the second Canadian owner and have had the car for about a year and a half but have serious intentions of holding on to it for much longer. It's a touring edition, red leather interior, however the rear has been stripped and I now have some black Brides in the front and I plan to get some black door panels as well. I like the red but a change is nice. I could go on and on about the car so I'll try to save some time for everyone and just say that this summer I hope to have it rebuilt, ported and converted to single with a power goal of 500rwhp. When things get rolling I will post a build thread but it won't compare to some other stuff I've seen on this site! Then again - it's not about comparing to others, it's just about doing what you enjoy. Lastly, a little bit about myself, I'm 20 years old, in my 3rd year of a co-op petroleum co-op engineering degree at the University of Alberta, and currently on an 8 month co-op work term. Hence why I have a little extra to drop on a very impractical car! Never the less, I'm hoping to get everything going by purchasing a new dd this weekend. See you around, everyone!
