Hey Phil,
I just got your email today. For some reason it went to my Junk folder. All the other DGRR emails make it. I called the closest police department (Bryson City) and they gave me the number for the NC Highway Patrol, but the secretary had already left for the day. I will try them again on Monday and let you know what they say. |
