Default life of rotors with race pads

Ok,

current setup:

1st gen body
2nd gen crossmember swap

929 master adapted to FC3s mastervac
tilton bias adjuster

front:
315mm x 28mm front rotors
nissan Z32 front 4 pots
hawk 9012 blue race pads

rear
FC stock rotors
FC calipers
hawk Black race pads

front rotors are chewed pretty badly after 80 laps at ebisu west. from two different weekends
anybody with experience with the blues? do they normally tend to chew rotors this bad? the rears with the hawk blacks are still OK for a couple of more track events.

not that I mind, ya gotta pay to play but if I can find pads that hold up to the heat like these blues do without chewing hell out of the rotors I would have more money to spend on other things (more time at track) or possibly condoms to stop the spread of my dna
