FS: 17x7 konig rims

set of 4 konig imagine rims....they were all chrome..the centers where powder coated black......they are 17x7s.....do not know the offset....NEEDS NEW TIRES.......the powder coat is chipping around the lug area...all the lips could use a repolish...2 of the center caps are brand new
