need some help i thank its gone
i have a s4 nt gxl, no emissions on the car. put a new clulch on the car. now it it seems like it has a big cam like a piston engine. flooding alot when cold.
im going to look it over tomorrow. and also i took out 5 & 6 port sleaves. its not right not like it was before i took the engine out. i will have more info tomorrow. please give me some ideals on what may or is wrong. thanks

well if you want to do the poor mans compression check, remove both leading plugs and the EGI and INJ fuses. Have someone crank the car while you listen in the engine bay. Should have 6 even "whooshes" as the compression goes past. If you have a pulse or two that sound weak then there is a serious issue.

well, coolant seal is not too bad. My engine had the front iron's seal go out.
PS: I have a rear iron available for cheap, but it might need to get lapped.
