Came over from the other place
I signed up here a little while back but haven't posted yet. So just saying hi. I have a VR 93 that is still waiting to get put all back together. It's drivable but I still need a headliner, better hood, wheels and tires, tuneup, umm where's my damn list at....

This was taken in June and I've since put the 99 lights in the front and got the passenger mirror. This car was my brother's before he passed away. It was at the shop getting the kit put on and the roof replaced. The hood flew up on him one day and left a nice dent in the roof so we just had it cut off and a new one put on. I paid to get the lien off the title and took over the project. I don't know about the kit yet, if I want to keep it. It's ok but I'm not really wild about it. If I do take it off then I guess I won't have to get some wheels made up and tires to fit them. It has a fluidyne rad, greddy fmic elbow and boost controller (haven't actually looked to see which model), downpipe, resonated mid, apexi n1 catback. I'm probably going to get a high flow cat and a quieter catback though, things too damn loud. If someone's in the car with me I almost have to yell so they can hear me. I know these cars aren't known for being quiet but I know it can be quieter than it is now. The hood is a tcsportline and fits like crap so I'm going to replace that too. I still need to get a few interior pieces too. |

Nice FD, the widebody does look good on it....except IMO it looks kinda busy with the big vents and lines. Stock body lines FTW. You should keep the catback and weld on a Borla XR-1 muffler with a straight thru design to tone her down alot plus it'll be cheaper than a new catback.

Here's a couple more angles. The front bumper looks even busier than the fenders do. That's partially why it doesn't do much for me.
This one was taken in August when my buddy and I were in Deadwood for Kool Deadwood Nites. |
