What type of bulbs are these???
I have these bulbs from FEED Front signal light assembly and wanting to know what type of bulbs these are so I could replace them with LED lights.
One just says "12V5W" and another says, "12V21W".

Looks like a BA15s, common use is side markers and trailer lights.

Sure can...
http://www.ledtronics.com/markets/auto_index.htm Try the 15mm SC bayonet base, kinda like these... http://www.ledtronics.com/ds/B608/ There are other sizes, it all depends on if it'll fit. The only downside is that you only get forward light, but it'll at least give you a starting point to find the right bulb.
