Get off my lawn!!!
|
Agreed.
Peter, this looks like an INCREDIBLE ecu!!! It's just way too rich for my blood and well outside of how I'd actually use my car. I'm thinking I'll have to settle for a Syvecs S8 and even that will be severely pushing the envelope for how much is realistic to spend on an ECU If only I were filthy rich...

This ecu is pretty good (well yeah it is one of the best ever if I am fair dinkum!) ...... the F88 in Life Racing (or S8 in Syvecs) is best value though, these kuuuntts are too expensive for most people, but its a full control unit with a shit load of control options. Nice thing about this one is its full Autosport connectors, lots of options for control strategies, no shortage of inputs or outputs, and the control software appeals to people compared to the DOS feel of the old DESCproW and Syvecs/Life Racing off shoots (which was started by ex Pectel employees ...... you can tell that when you look at the old Pectel software. I've got a potential customer in Dubai which means a few of you can retain you internal organs for now p.s. Lot's of dreamers talk about these products but never really use one, I can't do it justice in a single post as to the complexity that is available here and level of understanding required to use one of these properly to capacity, but if you are keen and want the best then these make a nice step up from the hobby hack toys others use and gag over.

was a waste of time anyways, at least trying to sell to a FD owner. i've only seen a small handful of FDs that were worthy of a $10k ECU and most of those aren't checking around here for parts.

Agree though 99.9% of FD owners are incapable of using let alone affording such items If you add up the ICD, DB1-RSHE, pro Toolbox, MQ-12, other software it's $22,500USD then you have to fit it all up, sensor it, program it, good luck getting change from $40,000USD paying some kuuuunt to do it for you sure no FD owners would be in the market

$14K? Wicked, that's a tad under what I think I have into my FD currently... (Proving am earlier stated points) How many sensors can this have for input? What about output triggers? J.
