Default o2 Sensor

My o2 sensor has some frayed wire action at the sensor itself, so I went to get a replacement from Pep Boys. I need to know if it's gonna be the right part, it's part # 11027 and it's a universal o2 sensor that their computer called for. Just double checking to see if this is going to work for me. I went ahead and got it since it was only $20, so if it's wrong, return mania.

I've have an 87 turbo engine, if you were wondering.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but I am not completely sure. Just try it out it can't really hurt anything.

Verified, I use the same one.

88 Turbo. It is a bitch to get to it though, you might want to remove your precat/downpipe to make it easier to get in. Should have a slightly longer wire also that makes it very easy to wire up.

Rock it son.

***edit*** mine was hard because I have full emissions and an ABS pump in my way.

The downpipe is off of the car, and I have a lift, so it's not a problem at all.

I did 99% of my swap without a lift, and it SUCKED. We got the lift about three months ago, and it makes stuff a whole heck of a lot easier.

I have used a O2 sensor for a 3.1L '93 Pontiac Sunbird because it was 30 bucks, and instock compared to the "RX-7 specific" one. Worked fine.
