HeadLight Electrical Guru Needed.
I don't have the patience to read wireing diagrams but I might have to
![]() If you have knowledge of the headlight switch in a RHD FD 1992 maybe you can help out. The LHD FD might be the same, not sure. There are three wires that go into the switch for the headlights. red, green and black, the green and black control the parking and dash lights. Does the red control the headlights? if so, how? It seems to have a constant + voltage to it. Also my keyswitch light on the steering column seems to NEVER turn off. Many Thanks!

the low beams are always on even with the Green/Black/Red disconected.
but they go off when the highbeam is switched on. ![]() I hate these types of problems... ![]() I think something in the harness is shorted out.

in the headlight conntecor wires, the Ground and Red/white, silver dotted have continuity with the headlight fuse out and relay out.
This may be my short. still trying to make sense of the diagrams but I don't think these 2 wires should have continuity.
