Fuel leak update:
So I get the primary rail buttoned back-up, fab all the vac lines I broke, and bolt the LIM and secondaries back on. Reconnect the battery, plug the fuel pump back in, ect. I hot the ignition, jumper the yellow connector aaaaaand...
...It leaks worse than before! In retrospect, I should have jury rigged the fuel system closed and tested it before I bolted in the UIM, but I tend to be stupid that way. [dee-dee-dee!] Thank goodness I have the rest of Thanksgiving break to fix what I tried to fix. Knowing me I probably forgot to put one of the spring clamps back into place. Here's hoping I'm less retarded tomorrow.

You might want to look for split fuel lines. Sometimes bending them will make them spilt.

Can't tell from where it's leaking as the LIM was in the way. It was coming from the primary rail area for sure though, and it was flowing. Like I said...I've got my day booked tomorrow. NoDOHC might be right, as I did bend the primary-secondary hose pretty tight to shift something around. (A result of laziness on my part.) If so, I've got both a spare line already GTG, plus 12" of raw new line.

I meant the metal fuel lines will split.
Either way, you should do a pressure test with the UIM removed if at all possible.

Not the fuel lines! Got the LIM back off and re-pressurized the fuel system. Guess whaaaaaaat!
Pulse damper is leaking. With the pump whirring away, from the joint between the PD and the rail, just a constant drip, drip, drip...So, the piece LuncboxCritter sold me is going in. Funny thing, removing the rails I managed to get more fuel over the engine than the leak ever did. [2 hrs later] Wow. Just...wow. Now I really hate the M-Effer I bought the car from. I broke another vac line and it's stump was particularly hard to remove. My hand slips and I snap off one of the OMP lines at the barb. So, after swearing several times, I bite the bullet. (Thank goodness I bought that 8ft of small-engine fuel line) Upon removing the fan and investigating the OMP...I figure out where my oil leak was coming from all along! It appears that when the M-Effer swapped in Lucy's current engine, he broke the two upper OMP lines an inch from the pump. Instead of replacing the lines, guess what he did? He slips hose over the broken ends, not even any clamps, just hose, it it was pretty freaking loose, too! So, now I have two OMP lines to replace as well. [rubs temples] I swear, as soon as I get that Rtek7, the first thing I do...
