Default It all started with my wipers.... now I have a garage full of parts and a naked car..

I have a build thread now... It just kinda happend. The things I wanted and needed to do to my car just kept building up. I took off my wiper arms so I could sandblast and powder coat them, then that was done and I noticed that my wiper cowl was needing attention so sandblasted and painted it... then I just thought that I should just keep going. NOW I have all the car stripped down no windows, rear hatch is off, moldings, taillights, bumpers and anything else I could remove. now im getting it ready to paint.

I also have brakes on the list and I ordered a full set of rotors and pads front and rear.

I removed all the old window tint and im re tinting it, I am going to try and do the rear hatch in one piece.

I am also putting in a set of fd seats that I had redone along with the door pannels. so I gotta make the proper mounting brackets for them.

so im doing Paint, Brakes, fd seats, new tint... and prob more.

not all the way stripped but thats my little helper he loves to play with daddys car.

Be sure to let us know how you do your seat brackets for the fds. I have had a set in the garage for years but haven't found a way I like.

alright update...

Side windows retinted and reinstalled. Hatch pending

all moldings and bumpers are off.

all 4 corners have new rotors and pads .... although I didnt get to bleed the air out, as I was working on it alone all day.

still got alot more to go.

per my conversation with TT I am going to use a set of stock fd sliders and bolt them to the seats and then go from there making them work in the fc.... Im not sure how im doing it yet either exactly.

Good luck with it!!

I'm interested in how the seats work out also. I've got a vert, eventually I'd like to put FD seats in it.
