I doubt it will be as easy as that considering he made me sue him and he didn't even bother to acknowledge the suit. I won by default because he was served and didn't respond to the summons.

Could get messy, but it was the first step anyway.

If it was an individual, sure, but it's a business. I have to levy their assets with a county sheriff if they refuse to pay. We'll see what happens. Maybe it wont come to that.
