Default New here......

I just wanted to say "Hello everyone, it is 4 AM and i have a 9:30 spanish test tomorrow".

I am new here.

Here is some pictures of what my car looked like.

Long story short... Prepped it, primed it and kit, shot top black (base), taped the car off inside garage....went to pull it out to shoot base color and clear on kit and body....then no compression. Coolant bubbling like a coffee pot.

Rebuilding and streetporting my t2 block or my 6port? Dont know yet... May even throw my na rotors in my t2 block?

I have until winter break to decide....ultimately want a bnr stage 3 with an rtek 2.1. That is the loose plan....

I am going to warn you though.... i put fd lights in the bumper...some people love, some people want me and the car dead. Post opinions....i am used to the "evil site".... so its more than cool.

Yo nice car, but the FD front bumper lights are a little too much.

Where you located and you use Reason? (avatar)

Rotordad- It is an erebuni wing....kinda rare and different.

I like the style of it, though. Once the car is two toned i think it will look a lot better. The white bumper with the black fd light is too much of a contrast, plus i put them a little (lot) low. Any other location would have resulted in lights that shined straight into the air in a crosseyed fassion.

These are functional.

Eat my clutch- Newburgh NY (50 some miles north of the city).

Yup i use reason..hahaha.. you are the first to comment on my avatar (had it over 2 years on evil site).

The capibilities vs. price are amazing in propellerhead software. It is great for mashups (w/recycle 2.1) and producing from scratch.

I just got protools 8 and am thinking about craigslisting it....because "record" came out a little while ago. I havent been as focused as i should be (school 21 credits)..but will dive back in winter break.

But...Record doesnt allow you to use vst plugins which really is poop.

They have to work on that....i bet they would sell a decent amount especially for that price.

For the mean time i will suck it up and dabble with protools (buddy just graduated from iar in manhattan....free training )

Its funny....i never thought i would be one of those digital laptop guys..i always lugged my vestax 05pro, roland 808 sampler, and numark ttx1s around (talking shite)...but the capabilities, funability (not a word), and easyness to use kinda got me on computer based software. The potential of my old 808ex versus reasons nnxt or recycle/dr. rex combo is rediculous.

What is your set up?

Don't really have one...I came out with 2.5 albums using Frooty Loops...

I'm more of a sample cat. For that I use Goldwave. I'm always keeping my ears sharp for dialogues to sample...then I use that and put some kind of breaks to it.

I had a old roommate give me some kind of Roland drum machine but I don't have the hardware or software to record it.

I like the Mini-korg though. It's fun.

No i dont weirdly obsess over this thread until someone posts in it........although it looks like it.

Hahaha just randomly checked and you posted 4 minutes ago......kinda weird.

Yup......haunted by ill potential samples is great....although distracting.

I find myself asking barnes and noble employees and passing motorists what is playing quite frequently....and wondering what would go with it all chopped up.

If you are a sampler.....i truely reccomend reason4.0 and dr. rex 2.1

That combo is definately fun.
