				need advice header removal.1980 12a

hi guys i feel kinda dumb for asking this. i haveve been doing a lot of work on my car since i took it off the road. in a week or two i am going to be getting the last few parts i need. gilmer drive, e-fan's and brake lines, last but not least racingbeat header. so today i got done putting my rear end in and most of my front. so i was poking around my stock manifold and have no idea where the 4 bolts are to take it off. i know where they are on a long block. this is the frist time i owned a rx7 so iam not sure what parts and what order i need to do to unbolt the stock manifold. iam keeping the stock carb, have block of plates, removed smog pump. i just cant figure out where the 4 main bolts are to remove the stock mani. can some one explain to me what parts i have to remove and maybe a pic where the bolts are.for the mounting flange. will i be able to remove the mani just on jack stands. was able to unbolt the cat so all i need to do is remove the stock header. thanks guys and iam sorry for being a noob. atleasti cant be told to search . |

You'll need to remove the heat shield for the best view... but they are there. 2 top, 2 bottom... If you draw a line straight down from the front runner on the intake manifold, you'll hit the top right nut, the other three should be directly perpendicular to that one... |
