The idle screw is on the BAC (I wish I could get you a picture, but I no longer have any stock TII engines laying around).
It is on the passengers side, right below the intercooler. I would guess that your issue is a mal-adjusted or sticking fast-idle cam (supposed to release when the coolant gets warm).

There was a vac leak on the intake manifold. I fixed it tonight but it was to late to start because of neighbors. It is actually now trying to idle at about 750-1000 rpm but it fluctuates a little and dies after its there for about 45 seconds. I believe it is the vac problem I mention. Any other ideas will still help though.
