Question Super angle kit -- Rubbing?

I'm planning to install this on my FC when I get my suspension components together. With stock rims (GXL 205/60R15 +40 in my case) has anyone experienced any bad rubbing or interference with the LCA, shocks, or anything else? Wheel spacers? Adjustments with a BFH?

Thanks in advance!

It depends on the rest of your suspension, but no... you should be ok to run them. Most steering angle increases are only about 3 to 7 degrees. As long as you dont have the car lowered too much it shouldnt rub... and even lowered you can make other adjustments.

I am installing super now tie rods and uras inner tie rods w/ an angle kit and all my measurements show i clear w/out any trouble at all... I do have +35mm front fenders though and larger offset wheels... stock stuff should clear the same...

If you want more angle, the best way to do it is to mod the steering knuckles.

Parts shop Max offers professional service for the FC: $300 + shipping. (and these require aftermarket tie rod ends.

If you want the same thing for a lot less, send me a PM or just talk to dcwfc3s on the evil forum.

Update on my parts: the modded spindles I got work awesome, lots better angle, and a lot easier to keep the car from spinning during, ahem, "intended oversteer conditions"

...they DO rub at full lock though, but I suspect if you lowered my car and added some aftermarket tie rods and tie rod ends, the rubbing should mostly go away. Also I'm running stock bbs 15x5.5 wheels on 205-60-15 tires, going with a bigger wheel/tire combo that has lower offset will help the most.
