				Engine Rebuild Kit?

The last motor I rebuilt using the Rotary Aviation master rebuild kit. I really liked this kit, but sold the car soon after the rebuild, so I don't know how it held up. Since it has been ~4 years since I did my last rebuild I am kind of out of the loop as far as the best rebuild parts goes. What is considered the best nowadays?

Not sure. My builder recommended the RA kit and that what he uses in all his personal vehicles as well. As far as the whole housings being damaged by the RA seals deal, I think that is more of an issue with the hardened RA Super Seals, I stuck with the classics.

I mix and match from Atkins and RA but use stock Mazda 2 piece Apex seals in my builds.

Atkins has been proven for years, even their apex seals. Ernie T even runs the atkins seals, I cant remember if his were cryoed or not but I dont think they were.

Stay far away from the RA superseals. They wont break, but they will eat housings. New apex seals=$250.00 New Housings=$1k.
