Removed emissions, car runs bad at low rpms.
trying to figure out where something went wrong. I also removed the thermowax, so i expected some cold resistance towards idling but this is also just plaining running bad at low rpms.
Did most of the emission removal (left the spider rack since i didnt have fuel line) but now the car seems to run real choppy up til 2000 rpms..... I am running the FPR off the bottom vac nipple on the back of the UIM. That showed vacuum on the boost gauge, where as the top two didnt. So i am sure the FPR is seeing signal. Other than that, the pressure sensor is seeing signal as well. I can find no obvious vacuum leaks, but i wont rule any out, i just double checked the hell out of everything and i can't find it. TPS and coolant sensor are plugged in. any ideas?

did you check to make sure your TPS is within specs? Take a break and go over everything once you're calm.

so curve ball here.
figure out a few things, but the end issue is that throttle is now getting stuck at high rpms. I pull the TB out and sure as hell the butter flys are getting stuck. I removed the secondary butterflys and related. Interesting fact here. I HAVE SIDE TO SIDE PLAY IN THE RODS AND BUTTERFLYS. Almost 1 to 1.5mm. I think this might be problem.... I can still feel it binding in the primary. I used about 10 dollars worth of throttle body cleaner, felt better. Seemed to actually work, but i stalled it. fired it up touched the throttle...bam....5000 rpms...and staying. So i think i need a new throttle body.
