Default TehMonkay's slow build thread

Well, I'm really actually getting close to getting to work on my car. In the next few weeks i'll be buying a daily driver and end up finding somewhere to start taking apart my car.

So here is my plan so far...

-Rebuilt JSPEC 13B-RE, streetported with T2 exhaust sleeves. All block off pates running on premix with a haltech E6X and 550/1680CC injectors, dual wlabro fuel pumps. Stock 13B-RE waterpump and alternator. RA Rebuild kit with RA superseals
-A-Spec tuning GT3574 turbo with .96 AR with custom tubular manifold and tial 44MM wastegate with turboXS BOV. Ebay 32x12x3 intercooler and custome fabricated piping. Himni Racing downpipe and custome fabricated dual exhaust.
-No emissions, AC, PS, Cold start ETC.
-Full Delrin Suspension bushings and differential/subframe mounts and DTSS eliminators
-ACT 6 puck sprung clutch with HD pressure plate
-Replace toe CAM washers and pillowball bushings in rear, all new wheel bearings, tie rods, ball joints, megan racing outer tie rods.
-JIC FLT-FAS Coil overs(7/5KG springs) and suspension techniques sway bars
-Griffin racing 26x19x3 Radiator with E-Fan, vented FRP hood
-Rolled rear fenders and +20mm Front fenders, 18x8.5 +20MM front wheels with 245 wide tires and 18x9.5 Rear wheels +25mm 275 wide tires.
-Repaint innocent blue micah with S5 T2 bumpers, trim, mirrors, spoiler, fogs, sideskirts. Mazdaspeed front lip.
-Black S5 interior swap, relocate battery to storage bin.
-New OE rotors, EBC red pads, stainless steel brake lines, ATE Blue fluid

I've been debating everything for a while, and think i'm finally deciding on going this route. I'm looking for a streetable car with 400+ WHP that I can also switch the tires and brake pads on and take to the track on the weekends.(Road racing)

I'm looking on input on how to reduce costs or what things i should change etc. The exterior and interior are pretty much set in stone though so no way we're changing that. Also, anything i can add to make it more reliable would be better too. Thanks guys.

PS: Sorry if this sounds wierd but im OCD and have to think about and plan out what im going to do before i do it.
