Default Great service

These guys haven't posted on here and may not even know about this site but I will send them an email and let them know about it since I need to write them a Thank You email anyway.

I just wanted to let others know that I had probley one of the best buying experiances from RHDJapan out of any vendor I've ever delt with especially one out of country.

Last week on Thursday Feb 21st, I placed two orders with RHDJapan. One was for the RE-A Super Dolphin Exhaust for the RX8 and another was for the Autoexe F/R strut bars and the Autoexe braces for the RX8. I had also mentioned that if possible I would like to try and get this stuff before April 11th (DGRR). Well Tuesday, Feb 26 my Exhaust showed up and tracking has the Autoexe stuff showing up tomorrow, Friday Feb 29th. So in a week they were able to fufill both my orders and ship them from Japan.

Thats what I call service. Also I had written them inquiring about the RE-A F/R struts as I was originally looking at getting them instead of the AutoExe but they did not have them listed on their website. They responded quickly and said that they could get the parts and they would try and get them listed on the site. About 2 days later there they were on the site and available for purchase.

Again for RHDJapan, I hope to see them on this forum soon and I will not hesitate to order from them anytime in the future.

Jonathan

Mr. Brock,

We have been anticipating the release of this new forum and look forward to supporting the RX-7 community world wide.
Your compliments are highly appreciated, the AutoExe Brace Set/Tower Bar sets were shipped yesterday and everything was repacked to insure absolutely no damage occurs in transit. It looks like you will be able to get completely ready for the show with time to spare. Best of luck with the project and please let us know if you are in need of anything else.

Best Regards,

I've made a couple of big purchases, and seriously they amaze me with how quick they ship, and respond to my questions. I remember my first order with Patrick and Russell, and wow that was a long time ago, and i see you've added a new member to your crew.

Keep up the work guys!

+1 for a great vendor with extremely fast shipping. I've ordered a ton of FEED parts from these guys, and they've proven to be able to get pretty much anything I need from them. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for JDM parts!

What is the average ship time? I ordered parts from them April 30 and my account still shows an 'approved and processing' status. My credit card was charged the day after I placed the order but I have yet to get any type of shipping confirmation. Most places wait till the items are ready to ship if there is any delay before they charge to your credit card. Unless they ship my order within the next few days, I'll be paying interest on items I have yet to receive.

How did you have them shipped? Everything Ive ever order'd from them has taken no more than a week for me to get, but I pay extra for the express mail.

Express Mail and ground were the only 2 options and I chose Express Mail.

Don,

What did you order?? Pending what you order, they might have to order from the manufacturer/other shop and then they will ship it express or ground.

Ive ordered some Feed stuff and it took maybe 2-3 weeks to get. It all depend on the other and how quickily they could get or have.
