New Battery, No power to car
Ladies/Gents,
I'm seeking help for my situation so that I can (possibly) find a speedier solution than what would probably come about by not asking for any help. I was recently deployed and my FD hasn't been started in approximately 8 months. I replaced the battery and received power to the car; alarm came on, when the key went in the gauge cluster fired up and the car turned over - I had the EGI MAIN relay taken out so that I could build oil pressure without starting the car. At this point, the first time attempting to turn it over, the car went dead (as if no battery was connected at all). I've done some searching around the interwebs to find a solution, but the only question I saw that was the exact problem I'm having was unanswered. I'm currently in Washington, so the weather is impeding taking out all the relays/fuses and checking them with a multimeter - I have however checked the 15a fuse for the engine under the dash and it gave a slight resistance reading so I replaced it, though I think it was probably fine. (still no power) If anyone has any ideas as to what I should target next I would really appreciate it as time to get work done is scarce. I sometimes get a 15 minute break in weather and I try to do as much as I can, but it's been pretty bad up here lately...(The steering column is locked out so a tow is nigh impossible and it's out in the open) Again, any help is appreciated.

Check the battery again ,then clean and check the pos battery wire .Follow that wire to the small fuse box and check the rear most fuse 130 amp .You must remove the 10mmbolts on each side of it to remove it .Clean the neg battery post and wire ,follow it to the shock tower.Remove the bolt and clean the sheet metal and sandpaper the wire eyelet .Follow it on down to the motor and clean the eyelet, bolt, near starter, and motor area . Jack stands are a must if not a lift .be safe. Start no start let us know .

The fuses are good, at least in the two drivers side boxes in the engine bay. I spot checked some of the others and they were good as well.
It might help to know that the battery is located in the drivers side bin; it has a tsunami 200a kit, I'm not sure of the model as it's not on the prev. owners invoice. The battery connections were cleaned. I'm not able to get under the car atm and have no buddy available to watch my back. No start/any power yet.

Fixed the power issue, took a couple of extra tried but cleaning the neg cable seems to have fixed the problem.
However, am now having issues getting the car to start. I'm going to try octane booster/new gas but as mentioned previously the relays are good. The car seems like it wants to turn over but isn't quite getting there. Thanks for everything so far.

Got it started, working through some smoke. Pretty thick white and smells lean, prolly to be expected with the age of the gas. No blue.
Edit: Seems to be working fine now, thanks for all the help. I was mainly concerned with the smoke from the turbo, but that has stopped. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brAmpay9vg4
