noob needs rotary mechanic in Tampa Bay
I'm a noob on this site, but not to rotaries. I just bought a '93 FD3S and I'm looking for a mechanic in the Tampa Bay area who gives a sh*t and won't try to rape me. Right now I just want to replace plugs and swap the fluids (trani + diff).
Over the years I've had 4 Rx7s, but its been a number of years since I sold my last one. There used to be a guy around here, Scott Glassman (sp?), who worked on rotaries, but I can't seem to find his shop. I don't know what happ to him. So can anybody recommend someone local who knows the diff between leading and trailing, and won't overfill my trani? (F*ck the dealerships, they suck.) Thanks. |

If you are willing to come to Orlando I can recommend a few places, I don't know anyone in Tampa.
You might want to check the local forums though, there's a lot of Tamponians on there, they'll be able to point you in the right direction.: http://cflrx8club.com/

Thanks. Orlando's a bit far to me.
I have since been told about Minds Eye Engineering who is local to me and I'm told they know these cars. I'll give them a try.
