Many people have.

I don't remember who makes it. But someone makes a distributor, so you can carb the 20b. I was thinking it was Atkins or Racing Beat, but i'm not to sure anymore.

There's also a few 3 carb webers floating around on eBay that were intended for porches and a few other cars that could be nice if modified a bit.

Racing beat made some distributors.

I'm hoping to build an NA 20B carb in next year or two. Engine will be built hopefully within next few months.

Thats my goal is reliable NA power. I have just been thinking alot about it and i really dont think i want the headache of the standalone EMS. A carb would keep it simple.

ITB = Individual Throttle Bodies

Throttle body refering to fuel injection. Not carburetors.

I'll be honest with you.. i know jack sh*t about carb.

My engine builder is an expert on this and hence I'm wanting to give it a shot.

But EFI is better way to go in many ways also.

I also have a friend here who is experienced in carbs which is why ive been considering it. I also dont know anything about them. I know EFI is a good way to go aswell but right now i just really dont like the idea of spending 5k+ on an EMS. I dont know how to tune.. .although im willing to learn... i dunnno... decisions decisions...

well a Microtech will run a 20b just fine, and will only run you around $1500. I am a huge fan of webers though. Carb'ed engine bays are so much cleaner. The main thing is to find out if Racing Beat still makes/sells the 20b dizzy.

There's no need for a discussion of whats better. Because the answer of that changes depending on who your talking to.

i always hear that carbs are just as good and that i should be able to squeeze just as much power of on as EFI....

You can squeeze as much peak power out with careful tuning, of course. But EFI will always lead to a fatter power band, and huge drive-ability gains.
