1993 Black on black R1 (Super Clean LHD)
Hi Guys,
Due to growing family I have to choose which one of my toys to keep so my FD is up for sale. Its is a 1993 FD R1 one of the handfull (one of the 5 or so sold here in 1993) of R1s that were sold locally in Vancouver BC and (even rare in black). I have had the car for over 2 years now. The car is a local BC car and has been in BC throughout its entire life. No major accidents, still has all original body panels, no rust, car has never been tracked or raced and has been babied since I have owned it. Never boosted over 12 PSI. Currently doing about 329 RWHP. I bought the car with a busted engine and took it straight to Forcefed where Marko did his magic with a mild street port and all the reliability upgrades that were required. I bought the car with 125000 KMs on it and right now it has 145000KMs. The engine had to be rebuilt again at around 138000 KM as my Microtech unit malfunctioned. All the milage on the car is highway as I used to take it to Cloverdale from Vancouver and back (once or twice per week on sunny days). VIN: JM1FD3313P0210557 Here is what has been done to it: Engine rebuild with Upgraded seals (less than 8000 Kms ago) Microtech Mild Streetport Brand new stock twins (running non-sequential) Greddy Downpipe, Midpipe and Performance Extreme II exhaust AEM Blitz SMIC Radiator Non-Sequential brand new stock twins Race Plugs SRMotorsports Cold Air Intake Origin labs kit Full car painted Ksport fully adjustable Coilovers Sportmaxxs Staggered 18" 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back Aftermarket head unit with premium speaker system and dual amps with a sub in the back Two way paging alarm with car starter (3000 ft range) It has a stage 3 clutch in it and was put in just before I bought it. Front wheel bearings have been replaced along with a few plastic components inside the cabin. The car came with cruise control and Airconditioning. Aircon has been deleted but I should have all the bits and pieces at Forcefed. I have the original set of wheels and the front and rear bumpers that come with the car. I have a brand new set of door seals that I have not had a chance to put in the car yet and will go with the car. Serviced every 2K - 3K by Forcefed. It will need rear end bushings down the road. The drivers seat shows some wear. Also recently my antenna stopped working beside that the car is in really good condition. I have invested over 35K and a lot of time into the car but I would let the car go for $19K obo. My loss your gain. Currently the car is not insured and I take it out on day permits on a clear day. Call or Text me if you are serious and want to see more photos. If needed I can get the car aircared for you as well. You can also reach me at 604-825-4478 http://s310.photobucket.com/albums/k...r_bucket/FD3S/ Thanks for looking and spread the word... Peace, Sudeep |
