Default My Cosmo Exhaust...

I just got a new exhaust system for my 20B Cosmo.

The work was done by Walker Morgan @ Morgan Performance Fabrication (http://www.mpfab.com/). All I can say about Walker is that he's 100% professional with no BS. I sent him some pictures of what I wanted, pictures of the car and other exhaust systems, he gave me a quote and a finish date, and I dropped off the car (thanks to Leo Huang). He finished the car a day ahead and workmanship was TOP NOTCH!! All I can say is that there aren't that many people like this who does what they say and does it in timely manner.

Here are few picts of the exhaust system..

Cell Phone pics from last night..

Pics with my Nikon this morning..

Description: Eliminated pre-cat x 1, main cat x 2, silencer x 2, muffler x 2.
All stainless steel 2.5 inch stock DP to 3 inch all the way back and straight. 1 x 1 to 2 out larger SS Magnaflow muffler to 2 x 3 inch SS Magnaflow mufflers.. Custom SS Dolphin exhaust tip.

Car spools so much better and it has a deep throaty tone. It also feels like I gained about 25-40 HP.. But that's with my butt dyno. The stock exhaust was all rusted and was falling apart...

Anyhow, I highly recommend Walker for any fabrication work!

That's too Hot Phil. Turned out nice! Obviously it looks like he just bent and welded some titanium tips on those mufflers. Do you know how he "blues" the ends of the tips? Is it as simple as heating them up to get the desired result? Just curious as I'm considering doing something similar to a Racing Beat catback. In fact, some blue titanium tips on a RB catback would look pretty hot on your FD, don't you think???

I'm doing few other things to the Cosmo at the moment.. once its done, I'll take some videos of it running and will post it here.

Regarding the bluing.. not sure how he did it.. But I'm thinking about asking him to do that to my N1 duals for the black FD.
