1990 GXL, traded my dropped 86 B2200 for it. Paid 500.00 for the truck so I think it was a good deal.
Butterfly's and VDI removed All block off plates Running Pre Mix A/C P/S removed Electric fan installed 2.5' OBX Header 3' OBX Catback with cat delete pipe Short Shifter Solid Engine Mounts Put new seals on the Oil Pan,front cover, water pump housing, water pump and I cut gaskets for the intake and block off plates Painting car with Rust-o-lium Hunter Green Fixed the power windows Fixed the headlights (motors were shot) Fixed Radio Scraped allot of overspray off the car. Previous owner rattlecanned it baby blue and didnt tape anything off. I sprayed it flat black but read how to roll it on. Almost done with the green paint, 1 more coat. This Friday Ill be ordering Corksport SS Braided oil cooler lines and SS Braided brake lines. I def need to get a shift knob as the cheapo pep boys one doesnt fit. After the brake work Ill be saving up for a suspension and I wanna get an LSD in the rear. Once the car has the suspension Ill start to save for a rebuild. |
