Default Whats up

Hey all, some local rotor heads aimed me at this site. Member on RX7club,teamfc3,nopistons and 502streetscene. Have owned a few 7's : 90 GXL/87 TII/88 Vert/89 GXL and my current 90 GXL.

My car currently has all block off plates with the VDI and butterflies removed. Removed the A/C, P/S and hooked up an electric fan to the car. Just got done putting new seals on the front cover/water pump housing, water pump and oil pan. Also just recently installed a short shifter and my exhaust (2.5' OBX header to 3' OBX catback. Will be ordering my suspension soon and also got my solid engine mounts in, just havent installed them yet (stupid rain). Car also has 15' BBS vert wheels on it.

Im also currently painting my car, so the write up on how to do it with rustolium paint. Car has 7 coats on it right not, theres been a 600 and 800 grit wetsand done to it. Gonna put 1 maybe 2 more coats on, finish it with a 1000-1200 grit wetsand then a nice buff with some polishing compound.

Bought the car looking like hell (was spray painted baby blu by the previous owner....who got paint EVERYWHERE).

Its a work in progress but im slowly getting there

some pics of when i first got it, then painted it and some stuff ive put on it
