Thursday Morning Caravan
Hi guys, I am looking for the early birds that are heading out early Thursday morning. Last year Mike and I met a couple of people in SC at a Hooters in Raleigh and Greensboro NC, were also looking for any Richmond or Southern MD rotor heads. We will be coming from MD thru VA to NC.

Well, I am heading up Thursday morning from Jacksonville FL. We'll be going up I26 north through South Carolina to Asheville NC, and then cutting across I40W to DGRR.
Plan on leaving about 8 am on Thursday and that will put us on I26 by about 11:30 or so. |

That's Asheville NC right? If so, that might be an hour earlier than me. I'm David Hayes and my cell number is 904.982.9568. I have a black FD 3 rotor.

Yeah sorry, I mixed the states up. It is NC
We'll I'am leaving MD at 5am and meeting Richmond VA at 7am. Then from Richmond to Asheville it about 6hrs without stops. With expected rest stops we should add about 1 to 1 1/2 to our trip from Richmond to Asheville. Which would place us in your area around 2:30-3:30. Since we will only be about a 1 hr and 15 min from Nantahala I am sure we wouldn't mind waiting up for you War Eagle. If this will work for you, save some room for wings at the Hooters in Asheville at: 518 Keniworth Ave Asheville NC (2:30 - 3:30 pm Thursday)
