Default Porting mistakes...

So I was following the template I got from Pineapple Racing. Well, I slipped a bit as I was doing the upper/closing edge. It's barely noticeable to the touch. What do you guys think? These are resized from my phone so if you need larger, I'll take some more tomorrow.

Tape. Right. I took it off for the pictures? *grin*

I'll get some of the template over the stock port for a better view.

He's right - it doesnt look like it created a highspot or sharp edge. Just blended it away w/ find grit paper should work out... while your sanding things... take some paper to the inner edge of the port and smooth/polish that sucker...

In the above pics, I've already gotten really close to my scribed line. Almost done with that one. I'll get some before pics to compare them to...

It's amazing how much there is to do at work that isn't making me money or getting me closer to putting my engine back together.
