Default coolant leak. heater/firewall hose

the line running into the heater right above the transmission is now leaking and ive been to every advanced and other shops around here and no one has or can order one.

anyone know of a different hose i can use for this and the dimensions. id take the leaking one off but its my DD for the next few weeks till it starts to warm up and i dont really like riding the motorcycle in 20 degree weather.

The dealer also sells this hose, and I am also making a 9 pc silicone hose kit for S5 n/a and TII. This is exactly the reason I would like to make the hoses because nobody makes a molded one except mazda.
