Default FS: NIB WORK MEISTER 3piece wheels - SOLD

SOLD!

As much as I hate to do this some personal things have left me no choice. Up for sale are a NIB, never mounted, only two have even been out of the box and that was for pictures.

Specs are

Work Meister 3 piece Black Centers Polished lips
18x10 fronts +29
18x11 rears +30

Plans were to run around a 285 on the front and a 315 on the rear was going to use the burnout kit on the car. Were purchased through autornd and was figured these should fit pretty well with that particular kit with minimal or no alterations needed for them to fit, not 100% on that as I never got the car and the wheels into the body shop.

Price is $2000 + shipping (no idea on shipping, it would be 4 boxes total). I paid over $2800 for them and that was when the dollar was in alot better shape than it is now. Get a great set of wheels without the 3+ month wait for them to be shipped from Japan. Local pickup is also available. Several people can vouch for me as far as trustworthiness etc as I've sold somewhere around 5-6k when I was parting my car with no issues. Please PM with any questions. Pictures below. Thanks, Jonathan

Not real sure. They were going to be used with the burnout kit so rishie at autoRnD crunched his numbers and this was as close as he could figure without actually test fitting wheels and various tires. They were sized for the tire size I wanted to run and for the wheel and edge of the fenders to line up so that they did not sit inside the fenders if looking down or stick out some rediculous ammount. Some of it will depend on suspension setup and tire size, stretch or not, etc. To much stuff for me to figure out plus if they weren't spot on perfect I wasn't concerned as the plans were to get rubber on the wheels and send them with the car to the body shop so that it all fit so its possible a little bit of work would have had to be done for it to be spot perfect. If you can find out the size differences on the Border and the Burnout and do alittle bit of diggin you may be able to find out for sure.

Thanks for the replies guys. These are definatly sexy wheels and if it were not for some circumstances I have going on right now these would not be up for sale. Even when I was posting my project car for sale I was still planning on keeping the wheels and worse case do some rx-8 modifications to make them fit on it. As far as being an inch wider, if I had known I was going to be selling them without ever using them, I would have ordered them an inch wider just for you guys. Unfortunatly they were ordered based on the plans I had and sizes I wanted to run so thats why on 11's.

On another note, if anyone is local and either interested in them or willing to help a friend out, arrangements can be made to fit them on a similar car if that helps anyone out. No rubber but should be able to jack the car throw one on then jack the suspension alittle to get to ride height. Wouldn't be spot perfect but should give a pretty damn close idea where any problems or work would be needed to fit your application.

Let me know if anyone needs any more info or pictures of them. Those pictures above were taken the day they showed up and they have been boxed ever since but I got no problems taking some more if needed.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Still have these? Are you still firm on the price? I know a guy in Nashville who is interested, but he can't swing quite that much.

yeah price is going to be firm, I've about decided I may not be selling them or my 7. Think I am going to tackle the body work and such on the 7 nyself, more I look at it there is a ton of stuff I could be doing that won't cost me anything, let the funds build alittle and then focus on the stuff I don't have. Think thats why I never did take any pictures of the 7, my subconcious way of saying "your not selling it".

Thats cool man. Just had a friend in Nashville with a TII that was interested, but said the most he could come up with was $2300. Figured that was too low but had to ask So are these off the market for now?

So how much is the new price? LOL DAMN I wish I had the money laying around. I can't see the pics right now but from the sizes they sound juicy, and I'm almost running this exact size setup anyway. Yummy.
