i am not one for knowledge on Rx8s. BUT there should be a few people that can you get square with that you should know.

73K on the clock means it still has 27K engine warranty through Mazda.
Other than that, just treat it like any other car, except make it a point to check the oil often. Oh, and its a rotary, so it is special!

If you are buying an 04... make sure to get an manual GT.
GT is the only ones with dual oil coolers... and in my opinion, better cooling of oil is important on rotaries. Besides that, 04-08 are pretty much the same except minor interior stuff and some ECU re programming.
