Hey FOlks.. not a noob but enjoys driving and fixing em.
Well i've been into rotaries for about 3 years now. I have a daily driver.. hehe
the name is Michael its a 1991 RX7 N/A thats midnight blue love that color Mostly stock beside the k&n drop in filter Racing Beat Flywheel 12lbs hehe.. ACT clutch street/ strip Corksport SS clutchline rattling Mazdaspeed shifter 3.90 diff from a 90 GXL lol true cruiser.. and a converted auto belt to manual belt ( I wish they came from the factory this way) and modernized s5 taillights mmm i need another pair sometime. Just kidding.. hehe I got bored okay.. I feel safer with them.. These two are at the local Meet. haha.. Anyways here are some pics its an expensive hobbie but it all pays off when its on the road and running story short.. I totalled my first FC black/ black.. I was a noob. I know bad way for a FC to go.. hydroplaned into the center divide at bout 55 mph, late night and it was raining... anyways I loved the car and the motor was rebuild about 50k ago. so I bought a non running s5. slapped the motor in and 2 years later its running and street legal... i had several trips to the DMV's and smog shops... some most did not want to smog the car since it was a rotary.. Anyways the car title was salvaged, i dont know if ya'll know what that means ( basically means if the cars repair cost or damage is beyond its value and its not worth repairing ( DMV say something like that on the line.) Anyways I loved my first FC and I didn't want to let it go. SO slapped a motor in a shell fixed many small tech problems and yeah it runs.
