GT3582R (GT35/40R) power thread
Iv started this thread for all those that have GT35R turbos to post their setup, power figures and what type of dyno the car was tuned on. If you know the ramp rate please post that too.
My car. Tuned on Dyno Dynamics at 110 ramp rate. 1.06 A/R Hot side. T3 Flange 550cc 1680cc, 98ron, 10% Ethanol, Water Injection, full custom manifold & exhaust 3", Greddy FMIC. 11.5AFR 440wkw @ 20psi, 600nm TQ 588whp @ 20psi, 443ftlb TQ <-----crazy stupid number compared to what Iv seen others get. This dyno is fairly consistant, many TT FD have been tuned on it. Depending on mods they are all around the 270whp - 340whp mark. The work shop owners personal 20B with a huge turbo makes 500whp on 12psi & tries to clime off the dyno with the crazy torque. A nother 20B FD with a smaller turbo put out 400whp..I dont know the boost but I have been for a ride in this car. Once it stops wheel spinning the continuouse pull through the gears is fairly similar to my car on 15psi 470whp, but no where near what my 588whp feels like. I wanted to race this FD but its from another shop where the owner has sold the motor & its now in an S4. I will see if I can race the S4 instead. I guess drag racing is the only way to gauge power right? Well guys, please post your setups & share your storys. |
