Default Can the stock ECU support ITBs?

Im looking at possibily installing some ITBs on my NA 13b in the future. Would I need an aftermarket ECU to run them or would I have ot get an aftermarket setup?

Here's the million dollar question...
What are your goals?

If you're fine with trying to band-aid the stock ECU into running everything and brag that you did it with the stock ECU, then anything is possible if you throw enough money and resources at it...

If you want it done right in the most efficient manner (least amount of parts bought and removed + best power) then you should go standalone EMS.
