79 12a
Hey Guys,
I am the proud owner of a really nice 79 RX7 pretty much all stock. It is need of a rebuild and I am sad that I cannot find some new rotor housings. Any help locating some would be appreciated. I intend on keeping it for some time so want to spend the extra on either near new or new housings. I have owned it for around 2 years and take it to the track for the occasional sprint. It loves taking the corners and goes around all the v8's on the outside. Hopefully after the rebuild it will keep up with them on the straight! Ben |

You can check With ChipMotorsports in the vendor section. I've seen a few guys send them in for refinishing. The parts I've seen refinished came out very nice. I had the same dilemma when I had to rebuild mine, good parts for 12A's are becoming a lot harder to come by. I decided to do the 13B swap mainly for this reason, newer (FC, FD, and Renesis) 13B parts are still relatively plentiful. The extra power and torque are a nice benefit too.
