Any good CARB tuners in/around Chicago?

Wondering if anyone here knows of a good Shop or Tuner that deals with Carburated rotary motors. I'd like to build a repore with a tuner I can count on within driving distance instead of the usual Post Office/UPS mail order communication.

Kinda wanting to build a Nice Carb/turbo combo for the late night cruise scene before going EFI.

There was one in Joliet il. I haven't lived there in years but he was located on the west side of joliet. There was one also in Tinley Park as well. the guy used to be a good JDM engine guy and could fine tune EFI and Carbed Rotary engines.
