missing thread

yesterday i posted in the "Show your rotary car build up" thread

today the entire thread is missing, deleted,, no explanation

i do enjoy spending an hour hosting all the pics and posting a thread to have someone with too much power delete it

I clicked on one of your pics and my virus protection went ballistic. If you noticed the forum was turned off earlier today, that was due to the potential number of virus' imbedded in your pictures. The thread was soft deleted and it's being investigated by a different admin who knows alot more about computers than I do.

So before you start making accusations and assumptions (probably becuase you're a member of the staff on the other forum) take a breath, relax, and let the other admin do what he's best at.

actually i am a moderator on one of the regional sub forums there
,, had this issue arrived there it would have been followed up with a PM

i see prejudice already in your answer
just cause i choose to post in or be a member of another forum

Hmmmmm..... how are we supposed to respond to that? Who started with this attitude of resentment and hostility? I don't knwo about you, but I'm not going to PM you with any anything because it could be viewed as accusations of planting virus' as some sort of childish forum fued until we have a little more data on it. I'm not going to delete this post or this thread. If you're pics are in fact not infected, your thread will be restored. If you want to continue on with it, great, cuz frankly I'm interested in it. If you want to run to 7club and bitch about the staff here having too much power and abusing it, go right ahead..... but that's why I'm leaving this thread here....

I don't care what forum you are a mod on. If you want to post here then fine. If not then goodbye. If you want to post links to virus infected files then it will be removed.

a thread dedicated in there to the interaction of TTT with public,, and with admin staff on that forum

since i have only read it AFTER i have had to deal with TTT briefly ,, i actually agree with much of what is written there

i will go where i expect the other admin staff to handle things with more maturity and even minds

Your host didn't toss in a pop up... your first pic contained a virus and when I clicked on it, my machine went fucking crazy. A VIRUS WAS PRESENT, YOUR THREAD WAS REMOVED FOR FURTHER INSPECTION AND THE ENTIRE FORUM WAS LOCKED FOR HOURS.

I didn't know what it was, or what was going on, for all I knew it was isolated to my machine. I posted a thread in the Admin section as I am not the most educated with computes and an admin shut the forum down and removed the thread until he could inspect it. Let me re-itereate this... your thread shut the entire forum down for hours. Even if I wanted to PM you, I couldn't. And what should I say in this social grace of a PM.... hey asshat... why are you posting virus?

Bumpstart I don't know if your just out to screw with people or if you are legitimately completly unknowing that your orginal links contained a pop up that would direct to a web page that would attempt to load a virus on peoples computer. I am not going to allow links that contain even a hint of a virus. I will not allow it.


If you want to host your images on the forum or host them with another provider you need to make damn sure there are no infected links, popups or whatever otherwise i will delete them.

This is your only warning, I don't want to see another post with infected links or BS assumptions that out to get you, or insulting admins, mods, or anyone else. If you want to post your rotary build here then do it without infected links otherwise leave.

If you don't understand I will say again.. I will not host virus infected links. This thread is closed. if you have anything else to say about this then PM me directly.
