What Fuel Regulator should I buy???
Hi all,
What Fuel Regulator would you recommend for a 13b N/A Extend Port with a 48IDA Webber? Brand / model would be appreciated... Also, what PSI would be recommended? Thanks guys! |

mallory #4207.....is good....between 3 to 4.5......or you could just get a carter #4070 fuel pump and not use a fpr at all.. i think max out at 4.5 psi..

Thanks rx71king,
I take it the Carter pump is easily adjustable and accurate....? Should I just run it an max (4.5 psi) and see how I go? How do you know if the PSI needs adjusting (Up / Down)? |

there is no adjustment on that pump.....i would run the carter by it self and see if it work for you.....if it overwhels the carb add a regulator.....

For a non-return system, the Holley 12-804 reg is cheap and works well. For a return system, I use a Mallory 4309.

you can more accurately adjust the fuel pressure with a return style fuel pressure regulator. my favorite is the mallory #4309

Mallory 4309 is the only way to go, IMO.
