20B Manual pdf in Japanese
I have the Cosmo JC 20B shop manual in pdf form. It's all in Japanese. If anyone needs it send me a PM and I'll email it to you. The whole thing is 26MB so I broke it into 11 files so it can be emailed easier.
If anyone can translate it into English, please share it with the class... I also have 2 of 3 jpegs of the ECU wiring... |

PM me and I'll figure out how to load that here on RCC.
PS. Does this have the Engine build section? If not, I think I already have this.

I did not see engine rebuild info. It has chassis electrical, suspension, brakes, transmission, trouble shooting... Over 600 pages. The entire PDF is over 26MB, so loading it or mailing it as a whole is difficult. I used my Adobe Acrobat to split it into 11 separate PDF's.

kg6dxn, you have PM.
Once my 20b conversion is done and stable, I'll get crackin' on the manual translation. Though I don't 'officially' know Japanese, I've watched enough anime and played enough Japanese Super NES roms to get an idea of what it could be. And for what I can't figure out, google has the answer The ECU itself shouldn't be too different from the S5T2/FD ones. Every one has the same basic functions: Ignition & Injector outputs, CAS input, battery voltage, EC-AT & Cruise Control inputs/outputs. Chances are that it's a blend of both in the way of a FD's functions but organized like a S5T2 The only thing that would be difficult to deduce is the Cosmo-Specific and 20B-REW-Specific items like the GPS system. In the interest of everyone, how about we each take a section or a few pages and work on it? This thread could be stickied as a progress/assignment thread to keep everyone on the same page.
