Arrow RB headers in gsl-se 13 fi

I have been researching this for a while now and i have a few questions that i couldnt find specifically for the 13b fuel injected. so i just got full racing beat street port exhaust, headers, presilencer and muffler and it has no connections for emission equipment. i am planning to keep the 6 port actuators, adding a hole for the 02 sensor and smog pump as i got to smog it next year
So my first Question is the hose that picks up the exhaust pressure for the 6ports has a T off the smog pump hose to the cat, can i redirect the tube that went to the cat and drill a hole in the presilencer and connect the tube from air pump with the T for the 6 port actuators and have it work? and does the air pump help to pressure the ports open also? i will get pics posted up later to further explain what i think would work. And a quick 2nd Question do i have to take the intake manifold off to get the headers on? its a vary vary tight fit to get in there.
All help will be greatly appreciated THANKS

if i just take the tube off the cat and weld it up to the racing beat street port presilencer would it have the pressure to operate the 6port actuators? and does the air pump help out with the pressure since it is all conected? im waiting for a gasket to start the project. below i got a pic that shows the pick up tube for the 6port that comes off the air pump tube

The one that RB sells for the GSL-SE says it has the 6 port actuator tube
connection on both the exhaust (single pipe) and street port (dual pipe &
presilencers).

Sounds like you got a 13B street port header and a 12A street port exhaust
setup. Thats the only way I can think it wouldn't have the connections.

Anyway, I think the tube can connect to one of the presilencers and do
what your asking it to do. Unless your throwing a cat in there how do you
expect to pass CA emissions, or is that Central America your from?

Goto RB site and read the descriptions. I can't deep link to the items in
their catalog.

You have C.A. in your description

i live in california bay area so i wont need a smog until next year exactly, i want to leave all the parts on except for the cat so when i do need to get a smog i can just unbolt the exhaust and put the stock stuff back on. i got the full exhaust used so it wasnt meant for the gsl-se. i just got a 02 sensor welded in the headers yesterday now i got to figure the pressure tube.

I just talked to racing beat and they dont have any pics of the street port (duel pipe and silencer) for the gsl-se with the air tube coming out the mid pipe. he did say they sell the tube for me to weld into the mid pipe for the air tube, dood said it has a u shape in the mid pipe to point it towards the engine. So i think i am going to order that tube and some gaskets. Damn i wanted to throw it on this weekend too :/

i just got all my gaskets in so id thought to update on my exhaust project. Last night i took the exhaust manifold and piping off. I test fitted the headers and it seems i had welded the 02 sensor to close to the fire wall so i got to get that corrected.

so when i get every thing on i wont have the 6port tube hooked up until i take it to a muffler shop. I wanted to be sure that i have a couple things correct.

In the following pics i have in red is were the actuators got its pressure so when i wire open the 5th and 6th port do i need to plug that hole?

And in blue and yellow is were i actually wire them to stay open?

i should have every thing bolted on this weekend. Later i have to grind some bolts off for the muffler but besides that im thinking its pretty strait forward.
while i was down there i noticed my omp is leaking, is it common for the part to go bad or is it just a seal? im headin to mazda today to order a couple other gaskets so i can check the availability for the part/gaskets.

Yep, the blue & yellow circled parts is where you wire the ports open. The actuator shafts move down, so wire them to the lower stop. All that comes out of the hole circled in red is exhaust gas, so no need to plug it, and since you don't have the air tube for the aux ports hooked up to anything, nothings going in or out.

Its a done deal i got the headers and exhaust on wow what a difference the car drives amazing!!! its not a loud set up which i totally love so i wont bring attention to the cops. it really opened her up, the best $400 iv spent for awhile

i have the 5th/6th port wired open and i didnt notice much low end power lost so i wont worry about hooking them up until my next smog.

i would really like to thanks this forum for all its help with its information and i couldnt have done it with out it
sorry if it was a boring topic lol mabe ill post up an updated video
