WTB: Emissions Bracket

In order to get my 91 NA on the road, I need to pass the sniffer. So I need to ge ahold of an 89-91 Non turbo air pump bracket. from what i understand it is missig. I do have the pump itself lined up.

do you know of the brackets are interchangeable? i have an S4 air pump bracket i can give you.
